What you choose to share

MY LIFE asks questions to produce your personalized NEXT 5 and any coaching you choose. Your answers can be personal. Please share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

How your answers are used

Your answers are used to provide the reflection, results and coaching features you request, and to operate and protect the service. We do not sell your personal information or publish your private interview as a testimonial.

Service providers

Running the site may involve hosting, payment processing and software providers, including services used to generate personalized responses. Information required to deliver the service may be processed by those providers under their own relevant terms and safeguards.

Payments

Payments may be handled by a payment provider. Please review its checkout privacy notices for details about payment information and how it is stored. MY LIFE does not ask you to enter card details into your personal reflection answers.

Reviews are your choice

If you decide to write a public review, only the information you knowingly submit for publication should appear in it. Reviews are optional and separate from your private interview.

Keeping and protecting information

We limit access to information needed to provide MY LIFE and use reasonable safeguards. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your private NEXT 5 interview and report are retained for 30 days from the date you start that interview, subject to the additional Coaching protection described below. Coaching conversation history is retained until 30 days after your Coaching access expires; renewing Coaching extends that retention period. After those periods, private transcripts and reports are automatically deleted from our service. Download your PDF if you want to keep a personal copy.

We retain only the records needed to honor an unused Second Chance, verify payments and entitlements, meet legal requirements, and display reviews you have approved. Those are separate from your private conversation transcripts.

Your questions and choices

You can ask about information associated with your experience, including requests to access or delete it where technically feasible and legally required. Please use our Contact page so we can respond.
