Your $1.99 purchase is a personalized digital experience, including your NEXT 5 result, action plan and the included second complete interview. Because digital results can be generated and delivered immediately, completed experiences normally cannot be returned like physical products.
The optional 28-day coaching is a separate one-time digital service. It does not renew automatically. If you are charged incorrectly or cannot access a paid feature, please contact us.
If you were charged twice, did not receive the service you paid for, or encountered a technical problem we cannot resolve, contact us with the approximate date and amount of the charge. We will review the issue fairly and, where appropriate or required by law, issue a refund.
